AWESOME GAMING 101

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026. This policy describes the information used by Awesome Gaming 101 at awesomegaming101.com. It covers browsing, site search, our planning tools, affiliate links, and messages sent through the contact form.

Contact messages

If you submit the contact form, the name, email address, page reference, and message you provide are sent to the site’s administration mailbox so the request can be read and answered. Send only what is necessary. Do not include payment details, passwords, private account documents, or children’s personal information.

The form uses a temporary abuse-prevention counter based on a hashed network address. It does not place your message in a public comment thread. Correspondence may be retained as needed to respond, investigate a correction, maintain an appropriate record, and meet applicable obligations. Ask through the contact form if you need help with a message you previously sent.

Usage analytics

The site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand page views, navigation, outbound clicks, and tool use. Ahrefs describes its service as cookie-free, with no stored raw IP addresses in analytics and no tracking of visitors across days. Its documentation lists page URLs and parameters, referrers, browser/device information, language, screen size, and location at country/city level among the information it processes.

Our custom tool events use limited status and count fields, not contact messages or the free-text values entered into a tool. Site search appears in the page URL, so do not enter personal or confidential information into search. See Ahrefs’ description of its analytics data.

Planning tools

Measurements and planning choices are used to calculate the result in your browser. The site does not offer a personal account or a saved private game collection through these tools. A shared page address may contain the non-personal finder choices included in that address.

Hosting and essential operation

WordPress and the hosting service process requests needed to deliver and secure the site. Requests can include network addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and technical error information. Administrative sign-in uses the site’s normal authentication and cookies; it is separate from reading a public guide.

Images from other websites

Some licensed product photographs load from Wikimedia Commons or the publisher’s media service. Your browser contacts that provider to display the image and may send network and browser information and the page reference. Image credits identify the source and permission basis. Other editorial images are served with this website.

Amazon and other external websites

Affiliate links include a site tracking identifier so a retailer can recognize the referral. After you follow an external link, that website applies its own privacy practices, cookies, account settings, and transaction terms. Awesome Gaming 101 does not receive your payment credentials from an affiliate purchase. Read our affiliate disclosure for the commercial relationship.

Your choices and questions

You can read guides without sending a contact message. Browser privacy settings and blocking tools can limit third-party requests, although they may affect some functionality. For an access, correction, or deletion request relating to information you sent us, use Contact & Corrections and identify the request without sharing unnecessary sensitive data. The response and any rights that apply depend on the information involved and applicable law.

Adults should supervise children’s use of online services and handle correspondence about family-game recommendations. If you believe a child has supplied personal information here, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
